Only bought this cart recently and took it out for use once. It assembled relatively easily, yielding two extra washers not covered in the assembly instructions (yes, I checked). The instructions themselves are in slightly stilted English, but easy enough to follow. I'm a bit dubious about the strength of the cotter pins used to retain all the parts that fit on each axle, but I'll certainly come back to this review if they don't last long. The only major problem we've had so far was the fact that the solid rubber wheels, wrapped in plastic for shipping, smelled awful for about a week while they outgassed. Other gripes below.

Pros: fairly sturdy

Cons: new solid rubber wheels smell awful, base plate doesn't cover entire base, rubberized grip is already splitting
