I'm describing what happens when you hang 75 and more pounds from this truck style. My response is on the Trolley trucks that are as listed. Of course there is no description on the bearings that are used in the truck itself. There is never that detail. This is a very common style and type of trolley truck for use in square railing. And this comment goes for all the listings and all brands that sell this type of truck. I have some 40 year old ones that have a steel tube used as the bearings (bushings to be more accurate sense there is no ball or roller involved). Once oiled/greased the steel axle and bushing combination glide well with most any reasonable weight. Very little noticeable friction. But since somewhere along the line they have been changed to use the nylon (black plastic) type of bushing the friction is noticeable for even a small weight of 75 pounds. I don’t know if there is a solution. Nylon type bushings usually are not required or necessary to oil or grease. Rust in ones that have been hanging outside would be an issue. But I use them in a protected area and never rained on, and I need minimal rolling friction. If you ever find the steel bushing style - consider how you are going to use them.
I would recommend this to a friend!
