This little pot is perfectly designed for the melting and pouring of butter, or maybe chocolate sauce...it has a nicely weighted base, so unlike most mini saucepans this one doesn't tip over, even when empty. The even heating across the bottom ensures smooth melting and the spout enables you to pour neatly.
