Was given as a gift for a winter sleigh scene. Packages look good during the day and at night when they and the sled they now sit in are illuminated.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I put the lighted boxes under a small tree in my front garden. The tree had lights on it too so it was a nice display. The day after Christmas we had snow that stayed around for 2 weeks. The boxes stayed lit even with 6 inches of snow surrounding them. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because after all of the snow melted, I found that the red bow on the white box bled and stained the box quite a bit with red. You can't see it from the street or inside the house when looking at these but they shouldn't be listed as indoor/outdoor if they can't handle getting wet. But I still like them and I will continue to use these hopefully for many years.
Pros: looks just like the picture, still worked after 2 weeks in the snow
Cons: red box bled onto white box
I would recommend this to a friend!

I ordered two sets of these lighted gift boxes. One set had two boxes that never worked at all. The second set worked well at first, but after being used for five hours a day for two weeks they stopped working completely.
Pros: they looked good.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Boxed lights arrived well packed and were a breeze to "assemble" and set up. They are used outside so expect a little "running" of color if it rains on the red sisal bow onto the white box.
I would recommend this to a friend!
