Once I had my tree up, some of the lights do not work, so not sure what to do with it. the remote keeps changing without anyone using the remote. not sure about it. sorry, but not real satisfied with it.
Cons: sorry not happy with it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This tree is much nicer than I anticipated from the picture & is so easy to put together!

This tree literally only took 10 minutes to put together and plug in. I wasn't sure from the picture if it would be very realistic looking but am pleasantly surprised at the quality and look of the tree once we fluffed it out. I love the different lighting functions and absolutely LOVE the fact that it has a remote to turn the lights on and off as well as switch between the different functions. Our tree has been filled with gifts for over a week and I wouldn't be able to get to the plug or a switch if I had to! Definitely is a great buy and the ease of ordering and picking it up at the store is well worth it too and beats driving from store to store hoping to find what you're looking for!!
Pros: remote control lighting
Cons: no music option but still very nice without it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

the service from True Value was excellent. the tree arrived quickly and when I put it together it was missing one set of lights on the top portion. TV customer service responded quickly and immediately resolved the issue to my satisfaction. the remote process that controls the changes in lighting for this tree is flexible and can be extended to do even more than advertised. you can use it for any lighting set ups or for other trees if you want.
Pros: works as advertised, very flexible lighting system
Cons: some lights were missing
I would recommend this to a friend!
