I was originally very impressed with the features and capabilities for the price - the first one lasted about 2 months and wouldn't take a charge.
Our local True Value gladly exchanged it for a new unit and it lasted two months.
Honestly, I have been a dedicated True Value customer for years, and have made thousands of $$$$ worth of purchases at my local True Value (furniture, appliances, tools, hardware, and paint) and I can honestly say this is the first item I have been unsatisfied with.
