Poulan 20 inch Gas Lawn Mower

I am very happy with this mower and believe it is a great value for the price. In comparison to those sold at Home Depot and Lowes, it has a steel connected plate for the wheels versus plastic so the durablity is much better. Ordered on line and the process was very easy. Received at the store for pick up as scheduled. Assembly was very easy. All one has to do is extend the handle out and tighten the fasteners. Also pour the bottle of oil provided and fill with gas and it starts on first pull. Just have to remember it has primer button to push fuel in to start; started on first pull and run very quietly but also powerful. I even mowed some very high grass and was impressed in not even hessitating cutting the tall grass. I only use for trimming but now using for more of the lawn. I truly believe it is a great buy for the money compared to paying to tune up or repair an old mower which I did in the previous year and was not worth the cost I paid.

Pros: buy no other mower than this poulan

A lotta Bang for the Buck

The mower is a solid basic unit, and does the job real well for our size lawn. My wife handles the mowing since I'm disabled. The size and weight of this mower, is easy for her to manuver, and control. Pull it out of the box, lock the handles, put in fluids and roll, it was that simple. The folks at our local True Value hardware, were very helpful, and got us loaded up and on our way.

Pros: lightweight, sturdy, easy set up

Good basic mower

If you are looking for a basic no frills mower, buy this one.
1: Put it together. ONE set of T-handle bolts- Done
2: Add oil (in the box) add gas - Done
3: Prime carb and pull (1 pull)
4: Cut your grass.
It is light, easy rolling and has plenty of power to cut your yard. Even if it hasn't been cut in a while. (like mine)
