The buying experience was great. Very easy and with prompt delivery. The problem I have is that when a product has "Pro" in its name I expect a little more. I expect a pro model line trimmer to come with a shoulder strap. And on a "Pro" model I don't expect the line changing process to be so difficult and time consuming. I cured that problem by using a head from an old machine. The "Easy Start" line pull, isn't easy start at all. It takes some getting used to. Also the choke lever is situated in such a way that it is easily bumped into the 1/2 or full closed position by your throttle arm. Other than that I like it.

Has a heavy duty fixed line that doesn't last for my 1.5 acre. I perfer the bump head line advance. I bought it for the Multi-Tool attachment ability and swapped out the fix line for my bump head attachemt. Has some kind of spring loaded starting rope that must give it some extra speed when trying to start. Works ok, just a different feeling when pulling the starter rope. Used it a couple of times. No issues.
Pros: multi-tool
Cons: fixed line head
