Convenient override switch lets you shut off the timer at any time. This unit can be set in 30 minute increments. Maximum 48 individual on/off settings per day, CFL ready and hard-wired with motor rating up to 1/2 HP.

Very easy to install and operate. One negative is that it does not have an override to turn lights on, it does have an override to turn lights off.
Pros: ease of set up
Cons: no "on" override
I would recommend this to a friend!
