Have only used it for 3 weeks but during that time, I have been very satisfied. It's quiet, smooth in operation and easy to move around, thanks to the built-in wheels. The only thing keeping me from rating this a 5 is the long throw with the levers. I overcame that, and my backache, by standing off to the side. This is well worth the money! Hurry, get yours today !!

Pros: true value stands behind it.

Cons: long throw on the levers.
