I have two others of this prodct that we have been using for years.
A great product for those lights you forget to turn off (basement, closet, etc) or those exhaust fans in the bathrooms that you want to leave running after you leave the room.

Pros: dependable, easy to install, cost effective
Cons: somewhat loud
