This is a basic hammer drill and worked great on my last project. It cannot compare to a Milwaukee Rotary unit, but for the price it worked just fine.
Pros: good value
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this drill a year ago and used it twice with no issues. recently, after trying to drill a 3/8 inch hole in a concrete slab, the drill quit working. On calling 1-866-FIX-TOOLS to ask about the warranty, the representative told me without a receipt, nothing could be done. I acnnot even find replacement parts to repair the drill, so now I have a worthless paperweight.
Other major tool brands stand behind their tools, but not Master Mechanic or True Value.
Pros: none
Cons: horrible quality, no warranty to speak of, no replacement parts
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
