Haven't used it enough to know now charge will hold. My only crit so far is that getting the batteries onto the charger is a bit tricky. The carry case is an excellent feature and of surprisingly good quality, could be a tad larger for easier load up - but that's being fussy. The balance is good despite the weight. I'd buy it again!
Pros: excellent value
Cons: slightly heavy

Wow was I amazed at this drill! A few months ago my Craftsman 19-volt drill motor finally gave out on me. When I was in my True Value store, I decided to give this one a try. Wow! Did it surprise me - not only did it give me more power than my Craftsman, but I was able to use it on more complex projects - like installing drywall. Torque works well too - I drilled 3" screws into pressed board with no problems.
I would recommend this to a friend!
