No screw in wheel - can't use efficiently

The mower is compact and lighter, but the front left wheel came off because there's no screw in it and I'm having a RIDICULOUS time trying to get the screw from Earthwise. I haven't yet been able to use the mower as meant.
Pros: compact
Cons: can't get manufacturer to send me a screw
I would recommend this to a friend!
