Poor quality finish

The product is coated with a finish that is supposed to resemble a sort of antiqued look. The coating began flaking off within three weeks of placing outdoors in my garden. Underneath is a white material. My only hope at this time is it will gain a weatherized appearance based on keeping it out all winter and next spring.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
