This grill reeks of quality. What a pleasure to fire it up. I knew I would be pleased but did not realize how much more I will be able to do with this grill. It is designed for both direct and indirect cooking. Any grill can be used for indirect cooking but it probably really isn’t designed for convection cooking, especially with the design of the dip tray pan and drip pan. Due to the heavy constructed lid it will hold heat far better than the average grill, which also makes it a superior indirect grill when compared to other. The purchase price may seem expensive to many but well worth the price when compared to other grills sold at national retail stores. I’m confident that it will be the least expensive grill I have ever purchased just like the Weber smoker I purchased years, ago.
