They wasted too much materials on the U bolt, it's unnecessarily too long, also this bracket should include a pair of flat washers because the circular groove/slot is wider than the included lock-up washers so they don't do its function without them. It looks that is not rust proof. If you buy this product, expect to get a pair of 1/4" flat washer if you want to securely hold that mast.

Pros: affordable price, all metal, moderately strong

Cons: too long u bolt, the slot is too wide, it should comes with flat washers too, it might rust outdoor
