I purchased this faucet because my disabled mother was having problems adjusting the water temperture from her wheelchair when using the single lever style unit that we had. This faucet is perfect for someone who is unable to reach a single lever and push it upward enough to get full water flow and side-to-side to adjust the water temperature. The handles are mounted low to the sink and are perfect for someone with a limited reach. The faucet is perfect for someone with severe arthritis or other disabilities as the handles require zero strength turning on and off, and move so effortlessly that they are easily used by simply touching them with the side of a finger without gripping the handle. This is a plumbing work-of-art for the disabled. The high arch spout allows extra height for moving items from one sink to the other without hitting the sink divider and breaking/chipping glass items. For anyone who has limited mobility, confined to a wheelchair, or any one of dozens of other physical problems, you will appreciate owning this faucet.
Pros: cartridge replacement to repair unit -, no washers to replace means no plumber needed, craftmanship and quality is excellent, simple to install, easy for anyone to us, very attractive addition to your kitchen sink
Cons: none - i couldn't be more pleased
