The purchase process was so easy - email notifications throughout. Picking it up from the store was a breeze. My overall rating is only good because the wood could have been sanded more - there are a number of rough spots to snag clothes and skin.
One of the main reasons I bought it - it was made in America!
I would recommend this to a friend!
