The on-off switch is broke.

I wish there is a simple way to fix the on-off switch. The heater works well when the switch is on. But it turns off on its own.
I wish there is a recall of the product and I can get my money back.

I'm sorry you're having problems with this heater. It seems that this may be an isolated case with your unit. Please contact Customer Service at 877-502-4641 to exchange this product.

I have purchased two of these and the same results. The first one the on/off switch quit within 6 months so I bought another one thinking it was a fluke nope less than 6 months this time and the switch broke on it too.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

An Excellent, Small Heater

I needed a small heat source for a weekend house main hallway bathroom. This heater was purchased from my local True Value hardware store about four years ago. I love it! When we heat our house with our wood furnace, the bathroom does not get any heat, and this small heater keeps the room warm and toasty. I have not had any issues with the heater at all. Granted it is only used on weekends during the fall, winter, early spring, but I have no complaints. I have it placed near the toilet (it is plugged into a dedicated GFI) and the radiant heat warms the toilet seat too! In fact, I am going to purchase another one for our downstairs bathroom.
Pros: small size but great radiant heat!
Cons: none that i can think of.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Really liked this product for heating my bathroom but the on off rocker switch broke within 2 months.

After 3 months' use, the switches on both heaters I bought also broke. The heat was great while they lasted, but they're useless now.
