Just the Thing

I never thought I would use the Mini Chopper more than I do my food processor, but I do. It's perfect to chop garlic. It's good for parsley, well, just about any vegetable. I love to mince onions with it. I hardly ever use the grind feature, but it's there for like nuts. The only thing I would caution is chopping carrots in it. They can be so hard and I think that is what split the plastic on my last blade and I replaced the whole thing with this one. But it is a very worthwhile and versitile kitchen tool that I'll always want to have handy.

Pros: perfect to chop garlic!

Cons: carrots are the only veggie to avoid; too hard.

I would recommend this to a friend!
