I special ordered this because I wanted the advantages of a water based wipe on finish - no brushes and easy cleanup of rags. I used it to finish a pine desktop, following the instructions regarding sanding and drying time between coats. It came out just as I'd hoped.
Pros: easy application, easy cleanup
I would recommend this to a friend!
