Wouldn't old up a basic bulletin board.

These velcro strips were recommended for use on a cinder block wall to hold up a basic home bulletin board. Two boxes of ten velcro pairs wouldn't hold up the bulletin board, it fell within five minutes of attaching to the wall.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
